Speculation: What special item do you think we are going to get as a gift with the next update

So with every update so far Nintendo gave us a special DLC item with each item. (Usually we get them in a letter from Nintendo in-game.) The most recent update gave us the Ring Fit item, the first update (day-1) gave us the Nintendo Switch item, then there was also the World Map item, and a few other items we have gotten from Nintendo as in-game gifts attached to letters. So I am just wondering... do you think we will be getting a gift from Nintendo as "Thanks for installing the new Update" that will come attached to a letter delivered to our mailboxes? And if so... what do you think we will get? So far most if not all of the items have been reflections of real world items (and barely feature any functionality).

For me... I'd like to see a Nintendo Labo be added as an in-game clothing item. Imagine the VR headset one being added, and being a simple reskin/retexturing of the cyber shades clothing item:

It might not do anything special, but I do think it would cool to even wear a Labo VR headset in-game (even if again... it doesn't do anything special) And for those that need a reminder as to what the VR headset looks like:

i honestly have no idea what to expect, but that VR.. ohmy. that looks dangerous as heck and is it cardboard? i'm so confused.

It would be really cute if we started getting classic systems as statues. I'm thinking of R.O.B. specifically. They probably wouldn't do that and would want to stick with more modern things though.

Uh..my mind is kind of blank. What about something from the Super Nintendo World since we shouldn't be traveling and majority of us can't afford a trip to Japan rn.

I honestly have no idea what to expect - I also think some chocolates would be cute but a little premature for Valentine's day if we're expecting this update towards the end of January. something fun and colourful for Festivale would be nice, although i have no idea what it'd be - some kind of decoration I'd imagine

I was thinking possibly a poster of Pavé like we got with the Halloween update for Jack? however I feel it's likely they won't do that again because they didn't for Jingle/Franklin

Hmm... I can think of a few possibilities:

• Maybe something valentines related? I’m guessing that the chocolate heart will be a nookstop item, and that will be it for valentines day. But having something like a heart wall decoration could work at any point of the year, and fit the theme.
• Pocket camp loves to have crystal themed items in January/February, so I could see something like that.
• Something related to Pavé or Festivale, like how we got Jack’s picture in October. (I don’t think that was the thank-you-for-updating gift, though?)
• A completely random item, like the world map.

i definitely think that we’ll be getting another item! while i don’t really have any ideas on what it could be, considering the next update will be adding in pave and festivale, i’m hoping for something colourful or even something that has to do with dancing or a celebration. :’^)

if they were gonna anything it'll probably be a rug in the shape of tom nook's head idk

I would love an item that is more usable at some point, like clothing. I wasn't a huge fan of the ring fit last time, I just don't have anywhere to put it. I think it's cute and all but I'd love a bag or something. How cute would a little Switch bag be? Or a little hat or something? I just want something that is more usable this time around.

To be fair, I would totally take a Tom Nook rug. I would have to re-make my Tom Nook turnip shrine in my house!

In NL, didn't you buy chocolate and give it to your villagers to show you appreciated them or something? Or maybe it was just the villagers that did that. Honestly, the only thing I remember about Valentine's Day in New Leaf is Brewster's hot chocolate. And I only saw it one time right before New Horizons launched because I didn't know about it and never played on that day!
