special villager amiibo cards

I am assuming you can ask the special villagers like Rover to move into your town if you have their amiibo card? I haven't tried that yet so I don't know for sure. Is there a way to find out what their personality types are? I did a google search for that but came up with nada. I would consider moving one of those in if I could figure out their personality first (for PWP request purposes).

Those aren't technically villagers, they're special NPCs. They cannot at all be invited into your town, due to the fact that they serve a purpose in the game.

They cannot move into your town. They will simply show up in an RV in your campsite for a day. From there you can order special furniture and stuff from the RV.
