Special characters photos?

Maybe I'm just not looking for the right thing on Google, but do framed photos of special characters such as Gulliver, Celeste, etcetera even exist? And if they do, how do you obtain them? They are listed as furniture items on ACNH websites like VillagerDB and even Nookazon. Anyone have any input? Thank you.
