Songs of Solitude (Update 3)

'Nother update.

The 1000 CDs plan? Down the drain. It's just not financially viable to invest 3000 bucks into something that may not even break even.

So instead we're doing 200 CDs, taking photos ourselves, and doing the graphic design ourselves (or with someone's help, cough cough)...

So the expenses would come to a much more modest $800, but the potential profit would also be much more modest -- around $2200. Ah well. It's no $10,000+, but hey, gotta start somewhere...
Hey man, I'm open if you don't already have someone.

Hey, I'll take all the help I can get... so if any of you guys want to do something for me, I would reaaaaaaaaly appreciate it.

But I need to get photos done first.

But here's a concept cover I did a few days ago:

So I'm kiiinda going for something like that. I overdid it with the special effects and sharpness, but you get the basic idea.

I'm at a *CEN-3.0-SORD*ing art college.
If I feel like slacking of or i get bored of what I'm doing, I can probably whip something up.
PM me the picture. NOT the finished cover.

Session 1 = great success D:

I recorded three tunes, I originally thought I'd do more, but I managed to polish these to a very fine degree. It speaks volumes when I not only can stay in the same room when the recordings are playing, but I actually ENJOY listening to them.

Yay.

@ Sunate - From my site, there's a link to buy the Melodias Brasileiras disk, but it's gonna be out of production soon, so...

Edit - The final CD will have 15 or 16 tunes, so a few more recording sessions and I'll be done. :D

Check my site for a sample from the recording session... I implore you not to listen to it via computer speakers/headphones -- if you have the means, connect your PC to a stereo system. There's a world of difference in sound quality:
