Something wrong with the new backdrops?

So I'm trying to buy the ocean backdrop but when I click on it it says "you don't have permission to view this page or preform this action". Is this a glitch or can I just not buy this yet?
Any and all help is appreciated, thank you!

Ah, ok, thanks for clarifying! Though in the shop it says buy for 1 tbt and I was confused because I have more than 1 tbt but at least now I know why it's not working
