Are you not sure if your eggs are still good? You can check without having to break a shell or deal with that lingering bad egg smell.
JUST DROP THE EGG IN SOME COLD WATER XD
1. Get a cup of REALLY cold water. make sure to fill it up so that the egg can be completely submerged, but leave room so that it won't overfill when you drop the egg in.
2. A GOOD egg will drop to the bottom like a rock.
3. A BAD egg will stay afloat.
The egg is still good even if it drops slower or even bounces a little at the bottom. The fresher the egg is, the less air it has inside it, so the heavier it will be in the water.
It's kind of random info, but I just learned this, and i thought it was useful to know and easy to remember.
