Someone to hangout with! 30+ Wi-fi Ratings

I've been kind of lonely in my town, expect for all the trades. So I've been wondering if someone wanted to hangout! We can visit each other's towns, go to the island, and just chat and hangout! BUT, I prefer hanging out with people with 30 or more positive Wi-Fi ratings. My town is starting to come together and I don't need people to come and wreck it. And I'm sorry but I can't allow anyone to take any fruit from my trees! AND, you must stay near me at all times! No wondering off to do who-knows-what. Say your favorite villager/dreamie's name if you have read all this! Thank you!

Oh no, it doesn't have to be my town. It's just been boring in my town, after daily chores. But yeah I would love to hang out!
