So it's not really a giveaway. I'm restarting my cycle town to get the perfect map for my main town. I had Chief on my main town at some point and didn't get to cycle through 16 villagers yet so instead of continuing to try, I figure it's easier just to have someone hold him for me. 
I'd say a week at the latest but pretty soon after resetting, just whenever I get the best map for me. I prefer a fellow cycler since I know that you can TT him back to me. So please help!
