Someone showed me this strange work of what I describe as pole banging and it's seriously trippy.

I bet this is how people who don't know anime are looking at these convention/cosplaying reportages in tv. There was once a reporter who said that the children must be saved from this creep. Am I some kind of criminal or what?

All right, so, I checked out the description of the longer version you posted, and it apparently has a lot to do with the human body. I guess it's similar to a collection of fashion pieces I'm more familiar with, where the artist designed clothes made out of a special kind of slime, a way of extending the look of the human body. What you're seeing in that video is basically a presentation of alternative human forms.
