My brother has letting me try out the game my aim is really bad what weapon should I use

Try tri slosher or nzap, perfect for beginners. however try using motion controls, you'll get used to it

seconding what @Antonio said and adding whatever you do, don't use rollers, it's where new players pick up bad habits with motion controls
also sploosh-o-matic seems to be a favourite among my splat friends who are new-ish.
