Given you can't get Audie with amiibos yet I don't think there's anything to worry about here as far as being glitched

See above for the specific scenario needed to trigger the current glitch. Audie's amiibo doesn't exist so she couldn't have been brought in through an amiibo to replace a previous villager's plot.
