I figure I’ll start it off. I love running my thread/shop, so I’ve got plenty of peeps coming over to my island. Greet, Laughter, Joy, Shock, and Clapping have all been great for hosting!

Sometimes I find use for Mistaken, I just love it so much xD A little bonk to the head and a star falling from nowhere~

I was about to start a similar thread because I'm having trouble deciding which reactions to keep on the wheel lol

My favorite is Love, the lil heart that pops up is so cute ;_; and I also really like Glee! I always have Greet, Laughter and Amazed at hand, those are the ones that I use the most.

If I did, I’d definitely favorite Greetings, Joy and Laughter, as well as Smirking and Blushing (gotta have the right emotes to cheesily flirt with my bf ^o^)

I haven't gotten love yet, but well- I would love to have Love, LOL

The first ones I received. I never bothered customising it. It always shocks me how many I actually have when I press the 'All' button.

Yesterday, I was able to convey so much to a visitor with just Reactions. The cuteness of it all helps too, lol

I’ve made it a habit to wave goodbye before leaving villagers houses, and occasionally I’ll laugh when they say something ridiculous. It sounds pointless, but it’s really added a lot to my experience. It’s especially cute if they laugh along, like we’re both in on a joke!

I have Greetings, Laughter, Delight, Curiosity, Mistaken, Apologetic, Shocked, and Glee on my wheel.

I really wish that a future update gives us two additional emote wheels with L3 and R3. There's nothing else currently bound to those inputs by default, which feels like a waste. The emotes are arguably more difficult to use than in NL, which had a touchscreen, and I'm pretty sure you could also reorder your emotes; I don't think there's a way to organize them now? Now you can only access 8 emotes easily, and the rest are in a menu behind the emote wheel with 40 options that can't be organized, so you have to frantically find the right one you need, then you have to scroll through all the emotes instead of having a touchscreen, and by now, any emote you do is such a delayed action, there's no point. I want to actually react to things. At this point, it's faster to type.

I do the same! Whenever they're exercising or singing, I like to clap for them to encourage them, haha.

Joy, greetings, delight, and bashful are the main ones I use. The bashful pose is really funny/endearing to me for some reason.

Right?! You just have to cheer them on! I use the encouraging emote when Zucker exercises—the way he’s huffing and puffing he needs all the support he can get lol

And when you applaud them they blush so adorably ⸍͕͈ ˕̫ ⸌͔͈

as soon as I get bewilderment that's going straight on the wheel

but the only ones I really use are joy because that's way better than glee no cap, dozing because I like to do that while I wait for people/things and greetings which is self explanatory

I love waving to my villagers! I’ve not tried laughing with them yet, but I bet seeing Dobie laugh would be so adorable, I’m off to do that now >o>

i highkey haven’t reorganized them at all but the main ones i use that i have on-hand are the ‘greetings’ and ‘joy’ reactions - i don’t really use any of the others lol

top 3 used are probably greetings, pleased, delight! sighing i use a lot whenever i take a progress pic for terraforming tho, which is a lot lately.
