Ugh. I started a town on my 2nd copy about 2 weeks ago and I am feeling unsure about my town. I like some of my villagers but I am getting so antsy about waiting until certain villagers move out. I feel like I have no patience and I'm also really getting sick of the snow, though that's not why I'm considering resetting. Anyway, when I first started, instead of letting random villagers move in, I time traveled in my cycle town to get my the villagers I wanted. I guess I feel like I didn't get the "full experience" with random move ins....but that's because I hate that the randoms always have to be a smug, uchi and the other personality youre missing. I don't like that dynamic so I figured I would just move in villagers I like. I did not TT in my new town...I did wait till they all properly moved in.

I guess I just want some new villagers that I've never had before. But I couldn't bare voiding my villagers since I found them all.

Not sure what to do.

Sounds like a reset is on order. I experienced verbatim what you are describing in my town of Paradise. I gave it three weeks and did a reset. Good luck with whatever you decide, sweetie (:

I think you should give it some time before you reset. But if you play again and you're just fed up with your town, I'd reset. I hope you'll figure out what you want soon. Good luck! ^^

If you feel like resetting its better to do it fast I think. But you should think about it a bit first! ^v^

If you are unhappy with your town, you won't ever be happy with it so I'd say it's time for a reset.

Honestly resetting my game was the best thing I could have done.
I now have at least two of my dreamies that started out in my town or moved in right after.
And I also much like the layout of my town better, I think it's awesome that you get different maps every time you restart a town so it's nice to be able to keep restarting to find the perfect map and get your perfect face (if you answer the questions differently).
I finally got a map I love and the face I've always loved throughout my experience with Animal Crossing, since the Game cube.

I mean it's ultimately down to you! Is it worth it to you to reset? Weigh your pros and cons.

I wish I'd reset mine at the beginning...I've done way too much now for that to be an option.
My layout isn't the best and I started off with vaillgers I didn't like at all so time traveled a lot to get them.
I've almost unlocked everything now and finally have my dream villagers (at the moment).
I'm actually thinking once I've done everything I want in this town il probably start over just to get the full experience like you say....
I'd say got for it before you leave it too long like I did. I regret not doing it :(

if you have the villagers that make you happy.... go ahead and keep them... i have all my dreamies and havent reset yet... my dreamies are my sunshine and they make me happy when skies are grey... especially Rosie and Lucky these two are so goofy they cheer me up or make me laugh when im sad. plus getting my villagers was hard competition because i had to compete with the other users on here to get them..

If it's annoying you that much, defo reset. But maybe sleep on it just to be sure? I saw someone post that the snow is due to end soon, thank goodness. It feels like it's been here forever and it's so depressing at times lol

I think I've done so much I'd have a really hard time reseting, it took SO LONG to get certain things unlocked and to find all those textures and such that I mapped on to everything, and it took me a long time to get a lot of dreamies... but I do think it would be fun to start with a new town with a different layout *___*
