Ahwell, do we know for sure you can claim the free game as one you've used to register? Seeing as I'm considering buying Fire Emblem anyway.

I read it somewhere on the Nintendo website that you can download any one of the 8 games as long as you've registered 3 of them. It doesn't mention anywhere that the one you download for free can't be one you registered.

Plus it's probably in Nintendo's financial interest that you download one you have already registered anyway. As technically, they're not giving away a game that way as it's already been paid for...

I 'pre-ordered' Animal Crossing with this. I've just re read the email though and it says the code is sent out shortly after European release.

Has anyone else 'pre-ordered' a game like this? Do you know what 'shortly after release' means? Suddenly have an awful feeling I might still be waiting a week after the ACNL is out...

I'm assuming you've registered 3 games already.
If it was any of the other games, the code would have been emailed to you the same day you registered the 3rd title, but because Animal Crossing isn't out yet in Europe, you have to wait for the release date to get here before you'll receive the code/be able to download the game.

I would of thought you'll receive your code on the 14th, which is the release date; you'll be able to download your free game then.
