Hazel was my first move-in, and at the time, I was actually kind of bothered: she put her house right in front of a pond next to my house, and I'd had ideas about that pond when I put my house there... But now, I'm happy for my little neighbor.

Also, I really like her catchphrase being "uni-wow," and have kept her to it for over a year now. Combine that with the general uchi personality... And it makes me feel like she's proud of her uni-brow, like, I sort of have a little story about it in my head. Like she'd think it gives her face character, and it's hers, and what -- you wanna make something of it? And I think that idea -- that she feels like she'd be happy or proud about a thing others would view as an imperfection, is really very charming, even if it's just a thing I've thought waaay too much about.

That is EXACTLY what i was thinking. Like, she wouldn't care what people would say, she's keeping her dang unibrow. She is an individual in this judging world where no one can be satisfied. "I'm proud of my imperfections. They make me, me."

Lol she put her house right behind mine though. Like 2 inches away jeez.

After Pashmina leaving me twice, I decided to look for a new uchi villager to pick up. After seeing Hazel, I fell for her! She's really adorable, but also pretty quirky and fun due her personality. So it's easy for her to stick out from the crowd.

I don't understand why people need to bash character if there's not much base aside from "I don't like it". That's just an opinion, not a fact. That unibrow isn't even that crazy though, it's actually cool. I'd kill for that kinda thing.

(Also because her Japanese name was Iris, I decided to give her catchphrase "kid" after one other famous Iris)

I remember when Hazel moved into my town... literally next to my house too.
I was bothered by her as she didn't fit in aesthetically with the other villagers/my town, but she stayed longer than I expected!
She was by first uchi personality I had in my town which was nice and different from the rest.
I kinda love/hate her lol
