But... I had thought Friga moved in due to just having 8 villagers and it being a random move in.
Does streetpass make villagers move in too? O_O

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they can move in from streetpass. I think it's a neat feature, unless you were saving that spot and just accidentally picked someone up.

I, personally, love hearing about my villagers past towns. I think it kinda reminds me that there are thousands, maybe millions, of players and we all share these crazy animals together. I don't know. I'm weird like that, haha.

But it does get annoying if that's all they talk about. If you're so obsessed with your past village, why didn't you stay there?!

Aw I love that they talk about their old towns. I remember having Buck in WW and he spoke about not having seen his friend for over 700 days. It's a great way to connect with thousands of other people.

Chester (who I got from an awesome person here at TBT!), keeps talking about his old town.. and now I'm the jealous Town Mayor who gets mad whenever he mentions his ex-mayors.

I got Nate from someone over StreetPass, and he's only talked about his old town a few times. I guess it helps that I don't really speak to him all that much in general. I think it's a pretty neat feature, though.
