My peppy faves are Pango, Merry and Bunnie. Pango was one of the starters in my first town (in New Leaf) and despite the fact I was going to let her go because I didn't think she was all that cute, she was the first time I experienced the peppy personality and she won me over with it. In terms of appearance I personally think that Merry is the cutest peppy villager. I had Rosie in my town once. She's cute too.

If you're not gonna try to get Bunnie back, out of the ones you mention I'd say Rosie. Outside of those maybe Pinky. Just my personal opinion. I hope you're happy with whoever you end up getting.
