Bella, I know she isn't very popular but she grew on me. The peppy attitude with the goth look reminds me of Abby from NCIS. Also her eyes glow red when she's startled, that's just cool.

I think Tangy is my favorite peppy of all time. I love citrus fruit and kitties and so it's perfect :3

Uhhh from my opinion,
Ruby, Carmen, Chrissy, Bonbon, Pippy, Rosie, Bluebear, Peanut, Sprinkles and Tangy.

Narrowing that list down, my top three (excluding Chrissy who would be my favourite Peppy since you said you still need to cycle her), they would be Ruby, Carmen or Bluebear.

Bonbon was my peppy dreamie but I let her go... I also like Bianca. I am super surprised there are no peppy deer. o_o

Out of all you listed, Rosie is definitely my favorite. She is just precious. But my favorite peppy would have to be Bianca, so beautiful and unique. <3
