So can someone outline the pros and cons of having a wealthy town?

I've had a beautiful town for months and now my town is over run with flowers so i wanna clean up a bit and i'm re organizing my town completely. Starting with the ordinance, i was thinking wealthy town so i can sell unneeded things but i'm not 100% sure right now its on night owl, but if anyone else has any suggestions let me know.

Im also looking for some new friends to play with so if you feel like chillin or whatever add me.

Everything is a bit more expensive.. but you get more money since you get more when you sell things to Reese so...
Also, you get to have 2 items on the premium board instead of just 1.

It's pretty great for making Bells. I decided to pick that Ordinance once I could, and it's been pretty awesome. I'm getting a little tired of watering flowers, though, so I'll probably be changing it at some point.

Premium are the items Retail will pay extra for. It's a nice little bonus occasionally, and Bell Boom gives 2 base instead of 1.

I haven't actually experienced it but I do know that if you streetpass you will have an extra item on premium that day. If you have wealthy town, you will have 2 items on premium on a non-streetpass day instead of just 1 so maybe if you streetpass this will increase to 3 or 4. That's just a guess though.

How do i know what they are?

There's a little board outside of the shop. Approach that (it's right by the door) and press A. That will tell you the premium(s) for that day, it should be crystal clear.

I don't think it's worth it unless you're really desperate for money. Personally, I wouldn't do it but that's just because I'm lazy and hate watering flowers by myself. If you don't want any flowers in your town that's probably easier.

I can't imagine keeping the flowers I want to keep all watered, and I often time travel a bit. I'd just lose too much if I didn't keep the beautiful town ordinance. Perhaps you can save up items to sell and have a wealthy town once a week or so? Or keep the beautiful town and save items to sell on premium.

I had the bell-boom ordinace because I needed to pay off my house by using beatles(since bellboom doesnt make morgages more expensive).
But pretty much after that it useless, I would go with beautiful town or night owl if you stay up late like I do
