I have a hard time with building snow people in prior game, but to my surprise, I was able to build Snowmam yesterday and she asked for 3 snowflakes.

If you have snowflakes that you wish to redeem, you may come visit my town.

Just so you know, it is not snowing in my town currently. I'll be here for about an hour.

I closed my gates to add you Avery. I've caught a few flakes even though there's no regular snow falling. I don't know how rare the flakes are though.
