Smoothie or Soda?

Soda is just H2O, C and C6H12O6 with fructose.
I'd go for smoothies. But if I need something tooth rotting, I'd get a milkshake.

Well, it depends on the fruits used to make the smoothie. If it's something like orange or banana, I'm gonna go for the soda. If it's like... strawberry (<3!) I'm going for the smoothie. ~_~

both are loaded with sugar, but as long as it's a real smoothie with no corn syrup added, you're on a pretty decent path to health.
