Buying Sloppy Set and Shearling Boots

Hello! So I'm looking to buy the full sloppy set. I prefer to pay with bells (tbts are being held to buy a villager). Also, because I've had this issue in the past, if you have a void/a villager in boxes, PLEASE clear them before coming into my town or vice versa. I prefer to save my open spots to my dream villagers and suddenly having an unwanted villager coming by and destroying my town would really hurt me (tl;dr: if you don't want your villager, I probably don't want them either). So if you can help me out, that would be awesome!
