Sleeping regimen

So, after years of the "Go to bed at 2am, wake up at 11am" regimen, I think I'm finally starting to feel the effects. I've been REALLY tired lately... no doubt because on days when I have school, I have to wake up a lot earlier than usual (8am, most of the time), and yet, I don't go to bed any earlier. So that's 6 hours of sleep...not good.

So now I've decided to change things a bit... I think if I go to bed at 10 or 11 and wake up at 5:30 every day, I'll feel a lot better. I started today -- went to bed at 11, woke up at 5:45, and I feel great. Sure, waking up when it's still dark outside isn't the best way to greet the morning, and it doesn't help that I'm not a morning person, but hey... who cares, as long as I'm getting adequate sleep and don't look like a druggie? Haha.

What sleeping regimen do you guys [try to] adhere to?
 
Recently i've been going to bed at 5am and waking up in the afternoon >_< I need to get back in to a decent sleeping pattern.
 
I normally don't go to bed tell around 11 or 12. Though I have been known to stay up tell 2 or 3am. On school days I wake up around 6:45 and other days I won't wake up tell 10:30-11. So I think I normally have a good nights sleep except on school mornings.

Not the best, but hey.

I need a time where I can just like power sleep. Unfortunately, I can't get stay home form school for a while, since I have tons of important stuff going on right now.
 
I know how you feel, it's usually 11-2 at night/morning then I wake up at 6-7 in the morning. Every day, except lucky saturdays...
 
In high school I always woke up 6:15-6:30, and went to bed anywhere from 10:30 midnight... so, that's 6 and a half to 8 hours.
College has been better. I don't get to sleep in much on weekends, but during the week, when I have to wake up at 7:20 I go to bed by 11:30, and the days where I can sleep until 9 like this morning, I go to bed 11:30-midnight.
 
if i have school; go to bed around 9:30 to 10ish and wake up at 6.

if i don't have school, i usually stay up until around 4 am, and wake up around noon.
 
I go to bed at about 11, and wake up at 4 or 5 on school days.

On weekends though, I'll go to bed at like 3 and wake up at about 1 or 2 in the afternoon...
 
I drink beer for it often does help me sleep. If I,m ever suffering
from my stomach pains, I take sleeping pills.

I usually try to go to sleep at 10pm.
