Singing villagers

I was surprised to see that some people have very few singing villagers on their islands! Of my 10 villagers, I have 5 that consistently sing, with the rest singing occasionally. Their favourite song to sing that they will sing or dance to nonstop without fail is K.K. Sonata (which I have now dubbed as my island's national anthem).

How many singers are on your island, and what songs do they love to sing? Which songs do you love hearing them sing?

Really? I think you're the first person I've found who hate the villagers singing :O Most people think they're quite cute, but if you don't like it, I'm glad it's only the two of them haha

My villagers all constantly sing one song that I don't recognize. Maybe because I don't have anything playing KK Slider songs outside for them to sing along to? It seems to be the default song, because my brother's villagers sing it too.

The only two I have ever seen sing on my island are Marina and Shari. Shari in the afternoon and Marina at night.

One of the YouTubers I watch said that if you put a radio with a song playing near them, they will change their tune to match. I haven't had the chance to try it yet.

i've only ever had blanche sing!! and she's only sung maybe 3-4 times - the default song, before i put out the radio! i kinda wish they'd sing more, i see them dancing around the lil jukebox all the time but they never do it :'(

Shari often sings in the evening and most of the night I have noticed on my island. Even for really long periods of time.
It was honestly annoying one night because she wouldn't leave me alone and kept singing when I was trying to build and move things around.
I think I have had only one other villager sing and it was only once and it was short and he sang infront of other villagers but stopped when I came near. Sheldon, which moved out yesterday.

This is true! If you have any music playing device outside, they'll sing what's playing! Mine is always on shuffle, so they aren't stuck singing the same things hahaha

It sounds like it! Maybe try putting out a radio or music player and they'll sing along to whatever KK song you want!

Muffy, Marina and Chief sing all the time in mine! I swear all Muffy ever does is sing and I find it adorable!
Those 3 are my singers but most of the rest sing too!

Night singers are the best! On my island, Chief and Roscoe love to sing at 3 am for some reason haha it's tiring but I love listening and watching them sing!

Katt sings all the time, Sprocket sings occasionally (but always stops if I stand next to him, I guess he's shy), and my other villagers I've only seen singing once, except for Bill and Puddles who I've never seen singing.

Cyd is constantly singing in my town. It makes me wonder if there are certain villagers more likely to sing than others. I rarely see my other villagers sing but I catch Cyd doing it multiple times a day for a long period of time. Him and Renee were singing a duet of K.K. Oasis last night and it lasted like 30 minutes or more.

I think it's adorable, the cranky singing voice is my favorite.

Aww I hope Whitney sings for you soon! Idk if it's because they're snooty, but my Vivian doesn't sing either....

I totally agree!! All 3 of my crankies love to sing and I'm so happy! I think their singing voices are wonderful!
