Buying Signature

Hello. I am looking for a signature artist that would be able to design a signature for me. I would like it to display basic information with a chibi of my mayor in a panda suit or with other panda details (headband, shirt, etc. I'm not creative). I would like to pay in TBT. I understand that this is a very specific order so I am expecting it to cost a bit. Please name your prices.
