Signature Help

I'm wondering how people are getting fancy signatures. Are they using a certain website to create them? The ones I am talking about are pictures and have their friend code at the bottom.

Most people either make them themselves or buy them from other users' shops in The Museum Shop forum.

i was just thinking of creating a topic to ask this myself but i wasn't sure where it should go. now i'll have to go check out the museum shop.
