Should Nintendo allow non-Nintendo chars in SSB?

Took forever for them to get joined with sega, so hopefully they will join others in the future.

I only want Nintendo characters in.
Allowing 3rd party characters is basically saying 'lolletsleteveryonein'.

Snake and Sonic are acceptable, to a point...
But there's no reason to let in third parties when there's so much Nintendo cast to be milking.
