Should I reset my town?

My town has only peaches, alot of weeds, 2 ds characters( my ds is broken and I have not gotten a ds since a couple years ago.) a total of four characters, the character I play on the most I think has the last upgrade efore a second floor, Nookingtons, and my character has abut 70,000 - 80,000 bells. Should I create a new town? And I also have 2 friends on my person.

If the town is reset, EVERYTHING is gone, including saved mail in the town hall.

Can I buy the Jingle set? I'll pay nicely for it and I can hold stuff if you do reset. I personally would not reset but just play more and work hard. I'll help clean up your town if you'd like.

There's not really a benefit in restarting unless you want a new town layout or are just to lazy to pull the weeds...
