Should I let Lolly move in?

So I'm cycling through villagers (Tammy moved out, so I created a new character to go through the villagers that shows up) and Lolly showed up, of course! She is super cute and adorable, but I really want Bangle (peppy) to move out the next, and therefor I wanted to find Rosie, since Rosie is peppy and a dreamie, on my quest and Lolly is normal (I have Skye as my normal) - should I still let Lolly move in? :/

Lolly is one of my starters and I absolutely love her! I didn't really like her that much beforehand, but now she's my favourite of the normal kitties o v o

She is the best. c: I've never had her but she seems like a really nice villager. Plus, she's really popular around here, and lots of people would love to have her!
