Should I buy a Wii U, or wait?

I recently bought a Wii U, the Mario Kart bundle. But I ended up selling it on ebay less than a month after getting it. So I could buy a new laptop for college.
Come to find out I've decided to wait on college for some personal reasons.
I have the money to buy a Wii U now, but I'm debating on whether I should wait.
Do you think they'll do a Black Friday or holiday sale on the Wii U? Personally I would think they wouldn't because it just came out not too long ago. But at the same time, it's sales aren't up there with the Xbone and the PS4. SO I thought maybe they would do a sale?

I love the Wii U, and I want it very badly! But what should i do?



Also, on a side note. When I bought it previously, I downloaded Zelda as a free game offer with the bundle. Would I be able to re download it from the eshop if I logged into the same account? I also still have the code written down that was recieved with the email to download it.
 
I think you should go for it, Getting the Wii U over a PS4 is the best decision I've ever made, If you look hard enough I'm sure you will find one at a good price!

Also I'm unsure about the download thing, but give it a shot :)
 
If you want it and money isn't the main problem, then get it now. And there most definitely will be black Friday sales for it. Smash Bros is coming out, so that'll make some sales.

Nope, the download is linked to that system only.
 
Personally I think there are lots of really awesome games for it, enough to make it a good system to buy right now. If saving some money is important to you, you should wait until the end of the year because there could be a sale but if it isn't a big deal you should buy it now.

Well if that's the case, how come the person I sold it to could not download it. Even with the code?

Because the system already has it downloaded...? And also, you should get it. Hyrule Warriors comes out next month, and then SSB4 comes out in the holiday season.
 
I would wait. You might have unexpected expenses down the road again and it's always best to be careful

But it was set to factory default. So it was no longer on the system.

And I love SSB, but it also comes out for 3DS. I know it'd be better for Wii. But still. XD

While the whole expenses thing could be true, for me it's not really.
I have a full time job. And I live with my dad. (I just graduated high school)
I really only pay my phone bill, car insurance, and for gas. So most of my money is being spent on snacks and video games. Haha.

Consider yourself lucky then. :) Trying to plan a trip and everything of mine is essentially all breaking down now. Either way, I'd wait for Black Friday.

The only thing is, I just don't know if it will for sure go on sale for Black Friday. And I don't wanna wait until the end of the year if it's not even gonna be on sale. Ya know?

I think it's up to the game company though?
It's still nintendos property when it's in a store. So I believe nintendo has to decide?

But wouldn't it be announced by now?
 
Its got probably over a quarter of a year to go before release, so there's still plenty of time for an announcement.

Do we have an upcoming Nintendo Direct scheduled? I could totally see Nintendo keeping it under wraps for that.

Duh. I keep thinking it has the same release date as the 3ds version.

I would really enjoy if they would announce a new AC. It'd be awesome to get a limited edition AC wii u.
I didn't get the chance to get the 3ds XL AC edition. My towns gamestop didn't get any.
And they're like 500$ on ebay.
