I am contemplating if I should buy a kitchenaid and if so, which model. I'm either going to splurge on a kitchenaid or buy one of these models. btw, it costs me about 20 dollars for shipping. (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Hamilton-Beach-6-Speed-Stand-Mixer/27272380) (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Hamilton-Beach-Classic-Hand-Stand-Mixer-Red/37531908)
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Heritage-Series-Stand-Mixer/21603444 and wait?
I really need advice. I don't just bake and I might find the attachments on the kitchenaid useful. Are there any really good ones? Have you had past experience with any of these mixers? I'd like some help. Thank you so much.

Questions.
Out of the 3 budget ones. (Links) Which do you think is the best?
Which kitchenaid should I buy?
Does a 12 year old really need a kitchenaid?
Should I splurge or wait?
If you can find me a great deal on any of these mixers (preferably kitchenaid) I will send tbt your way. By a rate of tbt per dollar you save me. haha) Shipping is anywhere from 10-30 dollars so I heavily prefer free shipping.

I'm also asking what model I should buy if you advise me to buy me a kitchenaid. :)

I would Recommend the classic one. The older models usually last over 20+ years, although I haven't bought a newer one yet, so I don't know the quality of them..

So should I buy a kitchenaid now instead of buying one of those less expensive models and wait? Btw, I live in a area where shipping is pretty costly. About 20.00

I have this model, but in white. I absolutely love it, and it's so useful when baking, which is what I do most of the time. There are, as you said, attachments such as a noodle thing and fondant flattener, so it's not useful just for baking. You can use it for a multitude of things.

The only qualm that I have with it is that the whisk attachment is kind of bulky, so when you're mixing things and you lift the top to push things down into the mixer, you get mix all over your hand. And there's a light bump at the bottom of the bowl, to help reach the mix and mix it thoroughly, but at the bump it doesn't really mix. So along with mixing it in the mixer, you do have to take the bowl out and hand mix it with a spoon just a tad. It's a small thing, though, and doesn't lower my opinion on it.

I don't know what your budget is, as this model is 200$ (and actually on sale right now) and it is expensive, but in my opinion it's definitely worth the cost.

Yeah, that's the exact one my grandparents have xD
They've been using their's for over 20+ years and they use it quite often also..

I say splurge. With kitchen appliances, you definitely get what you pay for, and I would spend more now rather than having to probably replace a broken one in a year or less. I have this Cuisinart and it has lasted me a long time. I do some freelance baking, and so far it has gotten me through 1200+ cupcakes over 4 weddings I've done... still going strong!

I don't use mine all that much, just when I bake around the holidays and the like.
It's so helpful though, I could definitely imagine a proper baker using it for sales. c:

As a note, I have a 20 dollar amazon giftcard and I can use it to get a cheap one till I think about the kitchenaid. Should I do that? (Ebay has cheaper kitchenaids.) Or should I cut to the chase?

If I do get a cheaper one, should I get the 30 dollar one or the 70 dollar one?

Definitely cut to the chase. Why spend money on one that you're just going to replace regardless? Plus, you can use that gift card for attachments you need and stuff. c;
