I got cool shoes, I had on Red Zap Helmet, Blue Hair, and Pink Zap suit and got white shoes with blue and red stripes, I am positive Nate is correct.

But I was wearing a white hat (dressing) White shirt (mummy shirt) AND I had white hair...

BUT I GOT RAINBOW SHOES!!

Maybe white can give you rainbow.

OR! All of the same things gives you rainbow.

white light does contain every color in the rainbow.

oh that simple.. lets say that you are a girl... and you say "yea, isnht it cool?" when asked about your name.. then present with "im not a boy!" then you get blue shoes. If your a girl, and flat out say "its cute" and "yes i am a girl" or whatever the question is, you get red shoes.

Same thing with a guy, flat blue if your cool, and flat red if youre cute.

At least thats how i observed the previous animal crossing games.

Actually I think it goes by the main color you are wearing...or maybe it's something to do with how you play and how you style yourself on a daily basis.

about all i can say is that i wore a pro-design i made, but that was purple. Im sure it wouldve picked that up... as for the hair, i bought a new design about 2 days into the "Red shoe" ordeal and it still ended up being red...

I think if you go to him with a pattern on, it gives you the original shoes. I've been wearing a custom made shirt, and got the blue shoes 5 times in a row -_-
