Buying Shiny Umbreon and/or Shiny Skiddo!

Hi there, I've been playing Pokemon again and I've been hoping to get a shiny Umbreon from somewhere.

But, I also want a shiny Skiddo for my team.

I don't have much... So, ugh... I'll just see what happens!
