Just that it is named "Jules", preferably level 1, isn't timid, and doesn't "take plenty of siestas". (Don't want two identical eevees and my new female one I just bought is timid and takes plenty of siestas so) (timid OR takes plenty of siestas would be fine as long as it's not both)

I'd love it if he was sassy but he doesn't have to be
