Average price for any shiny/legendary is 200TBT from what I experienced.
But it really is up to you if you don't accept that kind of price range.

I kinda like it when there is a price set instead of me offering tbh because it saves time having to haggle. Usually when i think "offer" it would mean you're open to low prices, idk it's just me lol.
