Shamrock Hat event

For those few of you not with a North America game, today is the event where Isabelle gives anyone a Shamrock Hat. I could try to host a few before she heads in for the night, not sure when that would be. I'll also scan Billy's rv card so you can get a cool globe.

Nope. Australia uses the PAL version, which is what the European countries use. However, with holidays, it's likely that the Australian version is edited to match the NA version.

Shamrock Day, Explorers Day, Toy Day, etc. The good folks at Nintendo sure have a lot of countries and cultures to consider with a game that has such a widespread popularity... The most important holiday of all in the U.S.A. is, bar none, Independence day, 4 July and is totally ignored. Sure, it means nothing to the rest of the world but most of us on this forum notice the omission.

I definitely notice that the 4th isn't there, but I don't know what they'd do with it is the thing. There's already fireworks later in the summer and, besides getting drunk, that's about it for traditional celebrations. I don't see them adding furniture/clothing with a hardcore American flag theme (like those American flag swimsuits people like to wear) into the game.
