Seperating dreamies into two towns?

So if you look at my sig, my town would be overrun with the same personality types if I got all my dreamies. So I need to start over and divide my 20 dreamies into two towns! I'd like it to be as balanced as possible.

These are my dreamies:

Lopez
Bianca
Sprinkle
Muffy
Merengue
Tia
A chicken (whichever one has a missing personality type, though I do like broffina if she fits)
A cat( whichever one fits a missing personality type)
Cyrano
Maple
Barold
Tipper
Deirdre
Lily
Chevre
Julian
Chief
Coco
another sheep ( whichever one fits best personality wise)
