Selling The Wii U Under Warranty?

I'm planning on selling my wii u some time soon Can you still the wii u regardless on whether if it's still under warranty? I got my refurbished wii u from nintendo in september of last year?

The warranty will be still in effect until next September, so the person who will purchase your Wii U can get it repaired under warranty as long as the serial number of the console and/or its box is clearly visible.
