With the release of Poke-Transfer in a few days, I will download the program and then transfer the pokemon to X/Y and then transfer it to you. ;3

I can make any pokemon from the first games to Black 2/White 2.
I do this by [don't worry its not hacking] by making the game think a person has traded me a pokemon, but noone has actually traded me a pokemon. Kinda like Poke-Sav.
If your fine with this then request a pokemon.
ALSO, PLEASE SPECIFY EVs/IVs! I CANNOT WORK WITH ''lol i dun mind'' I WILL REJECT YOUR REQUEST.

[by illegal i mean in-game illegal. its not breaking the law lol]

If you could just edit your post with the moves and i'll suggest EV's.
Timid raises speed so I reccomend low atk, high speed, def and sp. atk.
I'll probably lower the ATK stat for your glaceon by 50-60.
