You should clarify in the first post about specifying IV/EVs. Perhaps you should include the link I posted above as well.

You should also point out how the moves should be legal to the pokemon requested otherwise they'll almost certainly be blocked by Nintendo.

Lol sorry I did say I'm not the best at pokemon! Anyway ok I don't mind level 60 and 100 tbt is fine I will send that over whenever we trade
