Julian has been in my cycle town for some time now, and he's finally moving out. I'm trying to get my other town on another cartridge started up so I'm only interested in igb at the moment. Feel free to make an offer, but I'd like to get at least 6-7 mil for him. being that he's tier 1 still I'll set an immediate buyout price for 13 mil.
