I think vanilla extract would smell so good on a flower, I love the smell when I use it for baking! Vanilla bean would be a close smell but would be just as nice.
Clover honey flowers! It would be such a cool smell for me, my fields are lined with clovers and that mixed with honey? Perfection as far as I’m concerned
This is really obscure but when it’s about to rain and you can almost smell the rain mixed in with the wind? That’s a flower I would love to smell ;~;

I strongly agree with licorice, cotton candy, jasmine, lavender and roses smelling like roses. Also, though they are no flowers, I want my cedar trees to actually smell like cedar trees.
Not sure if it was already mentioned, but patchouli would be lovely, too.
