Selling Selling a couple NMTs

I will need some bells now that I've unlocked terraforming and I need to move a few houses and build bridges and inclines.

I don't have any crazy amount of NMTs, but I can sell a few per day.

As I'm new to this, what is the asking price for 1 NMT?
