Well one day about 5 years ago I was sitting at my computer and had just started playing WoW. I had just finished the character creation and needed a name. So I did what my brothers and I usually did for usernames. Look at two things in the room and then smash their names together.

My two items were my Hardee's(Resturaunt) cup and my Logitech webcam. Har+tech. Anyways that character in WoW was my main. Joined a guild did quite a bit of raiding and ever since that day it has always been my go to. Pre-Hartech were dark days in usernames....

And the Trepe is from a Final Fantasy VIII character, instructor Quistis Trepe. A person who is a fan of hers (in the game) would be called a "Trepey". I am a big fan of hers, but I forgot the 'y'. :c
