Seasonal Forest

I need help deciding what season to set my forest town one. Treeside is a town with abundant trees, multicoloured flowers and clover & stepping stone pathway. I'm thinking either summer or spring but I can't decide.

i think spring is better, the grass has a nice colour to it compared to summer where they make it a little darker

also you could set it to the cherry blossom time too

I like the first transition from Summer to Autumn

The soft yellows and greens between summer and autumn look really nice, and it's not too overwhelming if you want a nice peaceful feel to your town.

Yeah I like the summer to autumn too. Or may maybe the middle of summer when things are a deep, rich green. I think it kind of depends on your flower combos, tho. If they're mainly pinks,yellows,whites then I would do spring/summer. If they purples,oranges,yellows,blacks,reds, then middle of summer/autumn & if theyre whites,purples,pinks, and maybe some blue, then I'd say winter.

I'd probably go with summer when the greens are quite dark. When the grass is yellowish it looks a little too dead to me.

There are waaaay too many forest towns set to Spring, so if I were you I'd go for the Summer/Autumn type of setting as well.
