Seasonal Camping?

So over the past few weeks, I've had an absolute slew of campers. Like almost every day. I'm starting to wonder if this is because it's summer, and people camp in the summer so ACNL has subtly emulated that. Are any of you guys experiencing the same thing? Do you agree?

I haven't had that at all. My last camper must have been well over a month ago and I have been playing every day. :c
Hopefully I can get campers soon because my campsite is so lonely.

Campers almost never visit me, and if one does, it's always Diva for some reason. I've had to of had her 5 times already
