Screenshots don't work, please help

A few days ago my screenshot function stopped working. Whenever I try to take a screenshot it says "An error occurred while processing the data on the SD Card".

I have been googling a solution for days but so far no one seems to have had the same problem.

I've checked my sd card and have no clue what could be causing this.

If anyone has some advice or a solution please let me know.

You could try to make some space on the sd card and see if the error occurred because it was too full.

If you have an extra card that is not in use, try to put that into the ds and see if it works now. I know its recommended to transfer data first if you plan on changing the sd card, but like this we could find out if the error is a problem with the card you are currently using.
I recently started using a new, blank sd card too because I wasn?t able to clear the files off of my old one and transfer them. My game was completely fine, you just have to download the welcome amiibo update again if you start it for the first time.
