Was going to say the same thing as well lol! My fiance would give an arm and a leg for Scoot these days since he started watching Vinesauce with me. I don't think it is exactly why he has risen in popularity on the forums, but maybe it is also because his name is amazingly fun to say.

Yeah,it looks like upside-down tighty whities.The AC Wiki says the thing on his head is supposed to be the kind of helmet worn by people who ride scooters which makes sense because of his name and because his original catchphrase is "zip zoom".I wonder if anybody tries to get Scoot and Stinky in the same town so they can have both of the underwear-on-the-head villagers.
