Buying Santa Clothing set and Red Down Jacket

Buying the full Santa set or at-least some details on where around the time Ables will sell them.
(Start, Mid or End of December)

Red Down Jacket, I'm unsure of what I would need to pay to buy or Catalog it, but I assume 5k Bells would do.
