I was going to give away Beau, but since he's so popular I was worried someone would take him just to sell him...

That's the only downside when giving away popular villager. On my group's thread, we require dreamie proof that they're truly looking for them, because they are at the highest risk of being sold, but even that's not 100% foolproof. We blacklist ANYONE we catch or get informed that sells a villager from us.

That would be amazing, thank you! Phoebe is the only Uchi villager I like and I'd like to get the bus stop. Plus, she reminds me of a Phoenix. And Kiki reminds me of my favorite movie as a kid.
